Kim Kardashian and her famous curves may have won the affection of millions of men worldwide (including superstar rapper, Kanye West), but the reality starlet still occasionally feels insecure about her figure.

When asked by the U.K.’s ITV Lorraine show if she felt comfortable with her body, Kim seemed hesitant with her answer. “I think so, for sure,” the reality star said before quickly adding, “Well, no, I’m such a perfectionist. I don’t think I’m ever really comfortable.”

Kim’s biggest insecurity? Her thighs.

“I still have some cellulite,” the star admitted, confessing that Spanx are her godsend.

While the reality star may not feel perfect 100 percent of the time, she does credit her spectacular bod to her hard work at the gym.

“I don’t eat as good. I work out all the time,” she said. “I train myself to eat healthier, then I obviously look better.”
