Kim Kardashian Spoils Baby Penelope With a Bag That Costs HOW MUCH?!
It’s kind of an aunt’s job to spoil her nieces and nephews, but Kim Kardashian takes that duty to a pretty extreme degree.
Among Kim’s 2012 Christmas presents to her now seven-month-old niece, Penelope Scotland Disick: An itsy-bitsy, teeny-weeny, yellow Balenciaga purse. And we almost choked when we saw the price tag for one of these baby bags.
Well, first off, Penelope’s bag is actually a keyring that looks like a toy version of an adult Balenciaga “Classic First” bag, and it will set you back $345! While that seems an almost reasonable price when compared to the $1,235 price tag of the standard sized Balenciaga Classic First, it’s still a hefty chunk of change. That’s not just a lot to spend on a baby accessory — it’s a lot to spend on a keychain!
We’re sure Penny looks complete adorable holding onto this tiny tote, but the price tag does seem a little ridiculous, don’t you think?
