Could Kim Kardashian be prepping for wedding number #3?

In a photo she tweeted out last night, the reality star looked lovely in a backless, floor-length white gown with lace details.

While Kim is still technically married to her estranged husband, Kris Humphries, boyfriend Kanye West has been anything but quiet about his desire to wed and start a family with his new girl.

This most recent picture seems to indicate Kim might have wedding fever as well!
