Kim Kardashian Wears Futuristic Cut-Out Dress in Kuwait: Hot or Not?

From the looks of Kim Kardashian’s latest fashion statement, the reality star has been watching a few too many sci-fi movies.

On November 29, 2012, Kim stepped out in Kuwait City to attend the opening of Millions of Milkshakes in The Avenues Mall. She turned more than a few heads in an edgy white dress with a gold belt and matching shoes by Stephane Rolland — the same designer of Kim’s dramatic outfit at the MTV Europe Music Awards earlier this month.

While the cutouts around her collarbone and elbows show off some skin in a demure way (Kim is in a predominantly Muslim country, after all), the overall look had us thinking Star Trek rather than red carpet. The cuffs of fabric on her arms also give off a Wonder Woman vibe we just can’t shake.
