Kris Humphries Could Serve Kanye West With a Subpoena in Divorce Case: Report

Kim Kardashian may not be the only one willing to serve up a subpoena in her divorce case.

The reality starlet reportedly hit her soon-to-be ex-husband Kris Humphries’ former girlfriend, Myla Sinanaj, with a subpoena a few days ago. Now Kris may be fighting back with some legal action of his own: According to Life & Style, the New Jersey Nets player may serve Kim’s new beau, Kanye West, with a subpoena to appear in divorce court.

“It’s a possibility,” a source told Life & Style. “Since Kanye is so involved in Kim’s life now and has been featured on the Kardashian’s shows, he could be deposed to help Kris’ fraud case against Kim.”

According to the insider, Kanye might be asked whether or not his relationship with Kim overlapped with her marriage to Kris. And since the rapper has also appeared on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, he could be asked to fess up about whether or not scenes from the show are scripted, as the NBA player has claimed.

Since Kanye reportedly can’t wait for Kim to finalize her split from Kris, we’re guessing he’ll do whatever he can to speed up the divorce process!
