Kris Jenner won’t back down! Amidst rumors that one controversial Kourtney and Kim Take New York Season 2 scene was filmed in a Los Angeles studio and not during a trip to Dubai as touted, the Kardashian matriarch holds steadfast the heartbreaking scene was not manipulated.

It was Kris Humphries' lawyer who initially alleged that the KKTNY Season 2 scene, in which a distressed Kim Kardashian confesses her marital woes to her Momager while riding in a SUV, was shot in a studio almost two months after the Dubai trip. Kris’ lawyer reportedly came to the conclusion after the mama/daughter duo were photographed leaving an L.A. studio, with the same clothes they wore in the Dubai scene conspicuously in tow.

Despite seemingly mounting evidence that they were filming something in the studio that day, Mama J insists the car scene in question is the real deal. When HLN's Showbiz Tonight host A.J. Hammer asked Mama J about the controversy, she responded: "We shot the entire episode in Dubai. Everyone is going to take a shot about something and, you know, challenge you at every turn. At some point you have to let it roll off your back.”

Speaking of letting things roll, Kris also touched on swirling rumors that Kim and Kris’ divorce might wind up in court – and on-camera. Mama J doesn’t seem concerned. "Honestly, I've never really heard of a divorce proceeding going to trial. I think those days are long gone," she said, adding that she plans "to let attorneys" handle it.
