Oprah Asks Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom if They Value Fame Above Family
For the second Sunday in a row, Oprah Winfrey won’t be leaving any Kardashian question left unanswered. The talk show titan grilled Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner last week. This time around, Oprah’s Next Chapter takes on Khloe Kardashian and her NBA hubby Lamar Odom.
In a sneak peek for the special, Oprah asks the couple about their baby plans, and whether or not they put fame before family.
The queen of talk show also asks the pair if they feel pressured to make their marriage work because they’re constantly in the public eye.
In response, the headstrong Kardashian sister insists that she doesn’t let public opinion dictate her relationship. “My marriage is my real life,” Khloe responds. “I feel the pressure from me — from myself — to be a great wife."
Khloe also tells Oprah that she avoids gossip columns and tabloids... but that doesn’t mean her family members do the same.
"Even my grandmother will text me," Khloe says, "and be like, 'So you're having twins?'"
