Pregnant Kim Kardashian has never been one to just throw on an outfit before leaving the house. Everything she wears is planned, calculated, and created by a high-end designer. So you can imagine our surprise when Kim stepped out in Beverly Hills on March 15 looking — well, basically like she’d just rolled out of bed!

From her disheveled hair to her nightgown-like ensemble, this is not the perfectly-put-together Kim we are used to seeing. What’s more, the mom-to-be even ditched her signature stilettos for a pair of (gasp!) flats. We don’t even remember the last time appeared in public without heels!
