Kourtney Kardashian Wants Scott Disick in Therapy Following Parents’ Death
Scott Disick’s bad boy attitude may make seem like a less-than-likable guy on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, but the recent deaths of the 30-year-old’s parents, Bonnie and Jeff, have made even his strongest detractors feel sympathy for the reality star.
His biggest supporter, however, remains girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian, who has been providing Scott a shoulder to lean on, while pushing him to seek help to deal with the loss of his parents, who died less than three months apart.
Star (via HollywoodLife) reports that Kourtney, concerned over Scott’s hard-drinking past, hopes that the father of her two children will go to therapy before his demons come back with a vengeance.
A source for the magazine says that only child Scott “feels like he is drowning” since his parents’ deaths, now that his only immediate family is gone.
A family insider adds that the reality star is “very, very sad” over the loss of his family, noting, “The whole family is trying to comfort him. Everyone’s upset. To lose both parents so close together, it doesn’t seem fair.”
Only time will tell whether or not Scott seeks someone to lend an ear as he confronts his demons, but it looks as though the Kardashians, true to form, are standing strong behind him.
