Kris Jenner Had No Prenup, Could Lose Millions in Divorce — Report

Kris Jenner's business savvy as a momager may make the ruthless parents on Toddlers and Tiaras look like wide-eyed amateurs, but when it comes to her personal life, it looks as though she’s not always thinking two steps ahead.

After officially announcing her separation from hubby Bruce Jenner yesterday after 22 years together, reports are swirling that the allegedly drama-free divorce may soon become anything but, thanks to the convenient lack of a prenup between the estranged spouses. reports that Kris may have to turn over a large portion of her earnings to Bruce once the ink on their divorce papers is dry.

“This is going to be a very bitter pill for Kris to swallow because when they divorce is finalized, she’ll have to split half the family fortune with Bruce. Kris demanded that Kim and Khloe get prenups… but in a touch of irony, she didn’t get one when she married Bruce.”

While both parties claimed yesterday that the separation is as civil as these things can be, the pair have will plenty to argue over when the time comes, with an estimated $125 million at stake, in addition to Bruce’s fortune, once estimated at $100 million.

“Bruce was the primary breadwinner and he provided Kris with a luxurious lifestyle when they were first married,” says an insider.

“He had endorsement deals and was a very popular motivational speaker. But as the Kardashian brand and fortune grew, Bruce joked to Kris that she should have gotten a prenup so he couldn’t take anything from her. Never in her wildest dreams would Kris have ever anticipated she could be losing the family fortune she worked so hard for. She won’t give it up without a fight.”

The insider, who says, “to say Kris is obsessed with money is an understatement,” adds that easy-going Bruce likely won’t ask for more than is fair — to have Kris buy him out of their shared home, although the source claims that Kris won’t do it happily “because it means spending her own money.”

“If they end up divorcing, one thing is certain — Kris is not going to part with a penny more than she has to!”
