Kris Jenner’s Sexy Bikini Body at 58: It Takes an Extreme Workout Plan
Kris Jenner may have impressed the world when she showed off her enviable bikini body on Instagram earlier this month, but make no mistake: looking this good doesn’t come easy!
58-year-old Kris reveals to the UK’s Heat magazine that she has been working hard in the gym to get her body in tip-top shape, even when that means cutting down the hours she spends asleep.
“I try to work out as much as possible and eat right … I get up about 4:30 AM and workout,” says the Kardashian matriarch. “I’m a foodie so I love to eat, so it’s a problem.”
While Kris may have looked stellar in her swimwear, she insists that the flattering photo was partially thanks to a smoke-and-mirrors technique.
“[I] was shot from up above,” says the mother of six, adding that the photo was taken from a “really good angle.”
Although Kris is spending countless hours each day keeping her toned physique taut, she still has plenty of energy at the end of the day to lavish on the newest member of the Kardashian clan, granddaughter North West.
“She’s really beautiful and she smiles a lot: she’s a great baby,” gushes Kris. “Thank goodness. If we had a crier on our hands, I’d be out of there!”
