Susan Sarandon’s Daughter Eva Amurri Martino Expecting First Baby! It’s a…

Update (March 7, 2014):

We learned just a few weeks ago that Susan Sarandon's daughter, Eva Amurri Martino, is expecting a little one. Now Eva and her husband Kyle have announced they're having a baby girl!

Eva shared the happy news via Twitter with a nod to Beyoncé.

"Who run the world? GIRLS! #BabyGirlMartino," the mama-to-be tweeted March 6. Love it!

Original story (February 14, 2014):

Oscar winner Susan Sarandon has enjoyed lot of big roles in her lifetime, and soon she'll add "grandma" to that list — her daughter, actress Eva Amurri Martino, is pregnant!

Eva and her husband of two years, Kyle Martino, confirmed the happy to news to People: "We are so excited to announce that we are expecting our first child together. Having a family has always been a priority for us both and we couldn't be happier."

But we here at Wetpaint Entertainment choose to discuss the news using titles of films and TV shows in which Eva, 28, has appeared!

Whether she'll be welcoming a New Girl or saying That's My Boy, Eva will soon be the honoree of Mothers Day, and Kyle will be able to tell the kid a story called How I Met Your Mother. We don't know how far along Eva is, but she'll likely have The Doctor meet her at a Childrens Hospital to give birth in the coming months, during which she'll probably be begging for an epidural or for Mercy.

OK, we'll stop. Other notable entries on her filmography — that don't fit into our narrative so well — include The Mindy Project, The Life Before Her Eyes, Californication, and Saved!

She also portrayed the nine-year-old version of her mom's character in Dead Man Walking — the role for which Susan won an Academy Award for Best Actress in 1995.

Maybe the forthcoming child will continue the lineage by becoming an actor, too!
