Lea Michele (Rachel) doesn't only draw viewers to Glee, but her presence also causes other shows to amass stellar ratings. Case in point: Her recent appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show helped the show achieve its best ratings ever!

Lea appeared on Ellen's show on December 12, during which Lea talked about the loss of Cory Monteith (Finn). Now, it turns out that Ellen's show garnered its highest ratings ever during the week that Lea was on. Ellen earned an average of 4.4 million total viewers per episode that week, according to Broadway World.

During the episode, Ellen mentioned how Cory discussed his and Lea's relationship when he was interviewed on Ellen's show back in December 2012.

"I know, it’s one of my favorite memories," Lea replied to Ellen earlier this month. "I remember when he came home that night. He sort of puffed out his chest [she pantomimes], and was like, 'I talked about you on Ellen today.' I was so happy. He was such a private person."

Plus, Lea's episode this month also features the first-ever live performance of Lea's single, "Cannonball." The song went on to debut at number 75 on the Billboard chart, marking the first time any Glee star's solo single has made the chart. Go, Lea!
