Lea Michele’s (Rachel) debut album, Louder, won’t be released until March 4, but you can now listen to all of the songs through special streaming on iTunes. That on its own would be fantastic news, but there’s one additional part that makes this even more significant.

Since iTunes is streaming the full album, fans will be able to hear Lea’s top secret track, “If You Say So,” which she penned in honor of her late boyfriend, Cory Monteith (Finn), who passed away unexpectedly in July.

Before Cory’s death, Lea recorded a song called “You’re Mine,” which was all about their relationship. But after his passing, she teamed up with fellow artist Sia to pen another called “If You Say So,” named after the last words he ever spoke to her.

Now, we at last get to hear this track, which was a highly emotional one for Lea to record. “I can’t talk about it. I just feel like people should hear it,” she recently told V Magazine. “I don’t know if I’m ever going to talk about it. That song is for me.”

Listen to the songs here, including the haunting “If You Say So,” which has extremely personal lyrics. But you might want to have a box of tissues nearby. It’s a pretty hard song to get through without shedding more than a few tears.
