The Teen Mom 2 star is on a major health kick right now, quitting smoking and loading up on vitamins to improve both her physical and mental well-being.

The latest venture in her journey to bettering herself involves hitting the gym — and she’s already seeing results!

The 24-year-old posted a photo on Instagram of her impressive new guns, revealing she’s getting toned after just two weeks of her new workout regimen.

“Two weeks into working out!” she wrote. “Hard work pays off.. I'm obsessed with my health at this point!”

She clearly has some serious definition in her abs as well as in her arms as she flexes her muscles.

But fans are not so convinced, thinking she’s been working out for longer than she’s letting on.

“Not sure how you achieved that result in only 2 weeks,” one seemingly concerned follower commented. “That kind of definition takes time.”

Another chimed in, “You got those guns in 2 weeks? Holy s—t!”

Others are saying it is possible to get that toned so quickly if you’re slim to begin with, which Leah certainly is.

Just a few weeks ago, the mom of three was getting body-shamed for looking too thin in a bikini. Here she is again getting attacked again for being too fit!
