Lil Wayne & Birdman Celebrating Cash Money Records 20th Anniversary — Separately

Lil Wayne and Birdman may have started Cash Money Records together, but they definitely won’t be celebrating the label’s 20th anniversary with one another this weekend.

The former business partners are still on the outs because of Weezy’s current lawsuit against his mentor.

The “Mrs. Officer” rapper believes he is owed millions by Baby, who also refuses to release Wayne’s latest project, Tha Carter 5.

Because of this, Wayne and Baby will not be crossing paths this NBA All-Star weekend in New Orleans, despite both simultaneously celebrating the 20th anniversary of Cash Money Records, according to sources at TMZ.

“Lil Wayne will be at Masquerade Nightclub, while Birdman's hitting up several venues that are mere blocks away ... including the House of Blues.”

While many fans wonder if the former friends can reconcile just for the celebration, sources are claiming Birdman isn’t interested, as he feels the 34-year-old rapper has done way too much “trash talking” at this point to share the same stage.

Lil Wayne will, however, link up with the rest of his Cash Money crew, including Turk, Juvenile and Mannie Fresh.

Producer Mannie will reportedly be pulling double duty, bouncing back and forth between celebrations with both of his feuding CMB bros.
