UPDATE (2/20/2017 10:50 a.m. ET):

Priscilla Presley confirms she is taking care of her eight-year-old granddaughters amid Lisa Marie Presley’s custody battle.

“There is lots of confusion, commotion and concern from all the talk circulating. Let me put this to rest,” Elvis Presley’s ex-wife shared on Facebook.

“The girls have not been in foster care and never will be. The girls have been with me and will be until all this is sorted out. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for ‘all’ your positive support.”

UPDATE (2/17/2017 6:40 p.m. ET): Lisa Marie Presley’s fourth husband, Michael Lockwood, is dissing her for saying she looked through his laptop and found indecent photos.

“I am disgusted that (she) described unproven allegations about me … in a declaration that she filed in this court’s publicly accessible records,” he says in legal documents, according to the Daily Mail.

“As I experienced during our more than 10-year marriage, and as I believe this court will learn, [Lisa Marie] has great difficulty being honest, and she rarely, if ever, accepts personal responsibility for her own wrongdoing,” he continues.

“It is particularly distasteful that [she] has placed more value on trying to damage my reputation than on the fact that her false statements may be brought to our daughters’ attention.”

Michael says Lisa Marie is out to destroy his reputation, and his lawyer claimed her attorney called his office with a threat to go public unless Michael dropped his petition to get $40,000/month of spousal support and $100,000 of legal fees from her.

Michael also says that sum of legal feels is his only recourse to “protect his rights against a very [wealthy] and vindictive person” like Lisa.

And another lawyer of his says a judge ruled in September that both parties are prohibited from discussing the allegations in the press.

Furthermore, Michael accuses his wife, Elvis Presley’s daughter, of hiding her money and pretending to have lost her fortune of an estimated $300 million.

He says she still gets $5.6 million a year from a trust the King of Rock set up before his untimely death, in addition to the $4.5 million a year she gets from dividends and capital gains, as Daily Mail reports.

And Michael says he’s been earning around $55,000 each year — “less than one percent” of her income.

And he says he focused so much on her career during their 10-year marriage, his own career suffered — and her allegations will ruin his reputation.

“I continue to live a below poverty line existence and need financial assistance to pay my expenses and my fees and costs,” he claims.

Original story (2/17/2017 8:27 a.m. ET): Elvis Presley’s granddaughters are no longer in their parents custody after disturbing photos were found on their father’s computer.

Lisa Marie Presley, the only child of the late singer, was apparently very shocked when she found the pictures and videos on fourth husband Michael Lockwood’s laptop.

The eight-year-old girls, Finley and Harper Lockwood, are now in the care of California Department of Children and Family Services, where they’ll remain until the trial in March, according to the Daily Mail.

“I was shocked, horrified, and sick to my stomach,” the 49-year-old said in court papers.

The famous pair got married in Kyoto, Japan in 2006, but separated in June 2016.

“My understanding is that Tennessee law enforcement is also conducting an investigation related to the photos and videos that I discovered,” she continued in the documents.

The Beverly Hills Police Department obtained over 80 of Michael’s devices during a raid of their home.

“I have no idea what else may be on those devices and fear that there are more and worse images and evidence in these unanalyzed devices.”

In the divorce documents, Lisa claims she has lost all of her $300 million fortune and says she has been forced to pay for two nannies when her husband visits their daughters.

The musician was married to her first husband, Danny Keough, from 1988 to 1994. She was also previously married to Michael Jackson from 1994 to 1996 and Nicolas Cage from 2002 to 2004.
