In case you needed more proof that Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Vanderpump is an amazing businesswoman, here it is. A SUR customer complained to Lisa on Twitter over the weekend that the restaurant's service was lacking, and Lisa was quick to fix things!
On April 27, a diner at SUR let Lisa know that she felt neglected by the restaurant's waitstaff. "At SUR right now and the service is horrible! #can'taffordbreadforthetable," the customer tweeted.
Lisa was not at SUR at the time, but she quickly checked in on the situation. "Well, I have spoken to them there.. there are 250 people in and no complaints, please speak to Peter," Lisa writes, referring to the SUR manager who often appears on Vanderpump Rules.
Sure enough, this did the trick. "Thank you Lisa, and he has come to check on us and his beautiful smile almost made up for it!" the customer added shortly thereafter. "You are a stand-up gal! I will let you know ahead of time when I am in town so I can buy you a cup of tea! Thank you Lisa." Lisa modestly responded with, "you are welcome...x x."
We love how involved Lisa is with her business and how concerned she is about her customers, even when she isn't on the premises. Well done, Lisa!
