Uh oh! It looks like Lisa Vanderpump’s legal problems have caught up with her — and, more importantly, her businesses.

Earlier this month, a mass announcement from real estate firm Hilton & Hyland indicated that Lisa’s lawsuit-addled restaurant had hit the market. The restaurant is coming “turn-key” ready — aka everything is included in the sticker price. That means furniture, fixtures, and even the liquor license. It sounds like Lisa wants to drop Villa Blanca, and fast. The only question is, why?

Our best guess is that Lisa’s empire isn’t doing as hot as it used to. Between the sexual harassment lawsuit, the employee discrimination lawsuit, and Lisa’s own admittance that she isn’t particularly good at running her business, it seems like Villa Blanca didn’t really stand much of a chance. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills matriarch’s formerly promising restaurant empire has been hemorrhaging money, according to RadarOnline.com

But what does Lisa have to say about the supposed sale of Villa Blanca? Not much, to be honest. A reporter from Daily Mail caught up with Lisa as she was presented with a star on the Palm Springs Walk of Stars yesterday, July 30, and she seemingly denied that the restaurant was for sale. “Don’t believe everything you hear,” she said. “I’m not going to talk about that.”
