Louis Tomlinson isn’t going to let his baby mama drag him down.

The One Direction singer is done with Briana Jungwirth denying him access to the child they share together, son Freddie Reign, and is seeking joint custody.

Sources familiar to the situation tell TMZ the 24-year-old heartthrob has been getting “inconsistent” time with the five-month-old and isn’t going to let it continue.

The UK singer is taking this dispute to court and isn’t just seeking joint physical and legal custody but a 50/50 split when it comes to time spent with the tot.

In addition to renting a $1 million house for his kiddo and Briana, Louis reportedly pays about $15K a month in child support.

But that could change for Louis — who is still dating The Originals alum Danielle Campbell — should a judge in the custody case determine a new amount is more appropriate.

Since Freddie was born in January 2016, Louis has been a proud papa and shares tons of snapshots of him and his son on Instagram.

One, captioned “Lad and Dad,” was the famous baby’s social media debut, and the most recent was a sweet Father’s Day post.
