Love & Hip Hop star Erica Mena is currently in the news for not only her online beef with her new co-star, former Love & Hip Hop Atlanta celeb K. Michelle, but because of her decision to get rid of a very personal tattoo.
During last week’s episode of VH1’s Black Ink Crew, Erica stopped by the now infamous shop to the “R” tattoo on her hand — a tattoo she got for her then boyfriend, Rich Dollaz, covered.
“I did a sucka move. I got it to prove my loyalty, but it worked against me,” Erica admits to tattoo artist and Black Ink Crew star, Dutchess.
“So we gonna get it covered, that’s what we’re going to do. Of course!” Dutchess replies.
Of course Erica getting her tattoo removed wouldn’t be that easy. Black Ink Crew star and owner, Caesar, happens to be really great friends with Erica’s on-again-off-again beau. So when he heard that Erica was ready to cover up her tattoo and essentially erase Rich from her body.
“Your ex in here, she trying to get something covered up,” Caesar blabbed to Rich over the phone. Next thing you know, Rich pops up at the shop and their interaction is priceless.
So did Erica get the tattoo covered? Despite being warned by her ex, Erica totally covered her “R” tattoo, with a brightly-colored scorpion.
Maybe Rich will make her get a new one on during the newest season of Love & Hip Hop? Who knows.
