Looks like Love & Hip Hop Atlanta’s Lil Scrappy has got a heart of gold, you guys! The rapper heard of the fatal shooting that happened outside of his concert in San Francisco this past Friday, and has decided that he wants to help the victim’s grieving family.
On the night of December 6, a gunfight broke out in a parking lot in the Vallejo Park area of the city, just out the Foley Cultural Center where Scrappy was performing. A 34-year-old woman, who police suspect was not the intended target, was shot and killed. Scrappy’s concert was cut short due to the shooting.
One of Lil Scrappy’s reps, Chinga Chang CEO Dan Herman, reached out to 4 Ur Media Fix this past Sunday stating:
“It is disgusting what happened Friday night at the Dan Foley Park concert. On behalf of Lil Scrappy, we at Chinga Chang Records will be assisting with costs related to the shooting. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family of the victim who lost her life to such a senseless and heinous crime and hope for immediate justice to these terrorists.”
A relative of the deceased victim reached on to Dan via Twitter, offering thanks for his and Lil Scrappy’s support and stand against senseless gun violence.
