Mimi Faust’s star is shining bright these days, thanks to her infamous sex tape with boyfriend, Nikko London, and it appears that everyone wants to get in on the action (wait, not that kind of action). In the sneak peek for Monday’s episode of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta Season 3, Benzino propositions Mimi about doing a cover for his magazine, Hip Hop Weekly, but things quickly turn ugly.

Benzino starts the conversation with a simple question: “Have you ever heard of freedom of press?” Mimi responds that she has, and Benzino tells the newly-dubbed porn star that he has the right to use  a photo of her and her main squeeze for the cover of his magazine, without payment or her permission. That’s when Mimi threatens him with legal action if he dare tries.

“You could and I could sue the s—t out of you,” Mimi tells Benzino, adding, “I will tie your magazine up so crazy because I do have lawyers, so you can do that if you want.“

However, Benzino doesn’t back down, saying he doesn’t think Mimi can really sue him based on his first amendment rights. Nevertheless, he hopes that Mimi will give her blessing, since it’s a good move for both of them. And, well… he’s going to do it anyway.

“You’re telling me that’s what you’re going to do … if I don’t agree to do your cover?,” Mimi asks, which is quickly answered by Benzino with, “You leave me no choice.”

“I leave you no choice?” Mimi says. “Cool. Talk to my lawyer.” Mimi then storms out of the room with Dawn, her new partner in crime, in tow. But Zino isn’t worried.

“You have choices, a choice of dress you want to wear,” he yells at Mimi, saying to himself “because you’re going on this motherf—.”

Do you think Benzino was right to put Mimi Faust on the cover of his magazine even if she turned down the offer? Tell us in the comments below!
