Some time ago, former Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star Traci Steele let it slip on Twitter that she landed a new reality show, which turned out to be VH1’s Hollywood Exes spin-off, Atlanta Exes. Traci made an exceptional appearance in Episode 2 when she and friend Torrei Hart got into a heated fight with the Torrei’s co-star, Tameka Raymond, at an event Tameka threw in honor of her deceased son. While many people are lashing out, saying that Traci’s reaction was pretty over-the-top, the reality star dished to Madame Noire and explained that the scene was a lot more than what we saw.

“There was a buildup to that. It was much longer and a lot more arguing in between that and all of that was cut out, so it looked like she said one word to me and I snapped and went off. And that’s not the case at all,” Traci started.

According to Traci, she was completely unaware that the event was in honor of Tameka’s son who died after a tragic jet-ski accident, and most likely, “would have tried to bite my tongue as I was walking out being disrespected by everybody, but I still would’ve held it in.”

However, Traci still asserted that blowup was all Tameka’s fault because the former Mrs. Usher Raymond was her “harsh” and “rude” self.

“She was snapping on my girl and I’m like, ‘Dang, we just walked in the building. You going in on Torrei’,” she said. Though Traci admitted that she understood that fighting at the event definitely wasn’t the “time and place,” she continued that Tameka was still wrong.

“Tameka] was literally reading her [Torrei] up and down,” she said, continuing, “Talking about what she got on and trying to play her. Nobody is going to stand for that. So Tameka basically started that and Torrei finished it.”
