UPDATE (12/28/17 10.12 a.m. ET)
The details of Real Housewives of New York star Luann de Lesseps's arrest and drunken attack on a police officer have been revealed.
The police report from the incident, which occurred in Palm Beach before Christmas, has been released which details the alcohol-fueled night that culminated in her arrest.
Radar Online obtained the report, which said that police were called to the Colony Hotel at 9.12 p.m. on December 23rd, where an intoxicated Luann was "trespassing" in Room 407 with an unidentified man and refused to leave.
The hotel security guard made multiple attempts to remove the pair, telling them repeatedly to go back to their assigned rooms, before police took over.
When Palm Beach officers entered the room, the man was gone and the reality star was with her friend Julie Olsen.
It states, "It should be noted that both smelled of an unknown alcoholic beverage, had slurred speech and appeared to be highly intoxicated."
The arresting officer asked both of the women to leave and although Julie left, Luann refused to and then locked herself in the bathroom.
When one of the officers tried to detain her and remove her from the bathroom, the 52-year old "shoved him with an open palm to the chest, then slammed the door on his face, striking him in the forehead," according to the report.
When they arrested her, she resisted by pushing and pulling away from both of the arresting officers.
UPDATE (12/27/17 1.12 p.m. ET)
Just days after Real Housewives of New York star Luann de Lesseps was arrested in Palm Beach for drunkenly attacking a police officer, her ex-husband Tom D'Agostino has said he wants nothing to do with her.
His angry response comes after Luann released a statement about her arrest, in which she seemed to blame her failed marriage on the outburst.
Following her release on Christmas Eve, she wrote on Twitter, "I want to offer my sincere apologies to anyone I might have offended with my behavior.
I want to offer my most sincere apologies to anyone that I might have offended with my behavior. This was my first time in Palm Beach since my wedding and being here brought up buried emotions. I am committed to a transformative and hopeful 2018Luann de Lesseps (@CountessLuann) December 24, 2017
"This was my first time in Palm Beach since my wedding and being there brought up long-buried emotions.
"I am committed to a tranformative and hopeful 2018."
A friend of Tom's, Anna Rothschild, told Radar Online, "It’s extremely sad she’s gotten to this point.
"Her blaming the marriage is absurd.
"They were married for seven months not 25 years. They have been separated since August; it’s been four months.”
She added that Tom wants "nothing to do with" Luann and "wants out."
"He never wanted to be in the spotlight. He thinks it’s sad. It’s bizarre.
"She has issues she has to deal with it. It’s a shame for her," she said.

Real Housewives of New York star Luann de Lesseps was arrested in Palm Beach early this morning after drunkenly attacking a firefighter and shouting, “I’m going to kill you all.”
The 52-year-old was charged with battery on a firefighter, disorderly intoxication, resisting a police officer with violence and corruption by threat of a public servant.
She was released a few hours later and is due back in court on January 25.
According to the Palm Beach Post, Luann slammed a door and kicked at least one police officer before shouting, “I’m going to kill you all.”
The judge allowed her to travel back to New York for the holidays since she has no prior convictions.
He also reportedly told her, “I don’t think it would be that hard to find you.”
When Luann told Judge Booras she might have a drinking problem, he told her to stay silent so she wouldn’t incriminate herself.
The circumstances surrounding her arrest were not immediately available.
It comes less than a year after the Countess married Tom D’Agostino in Palm Beach on New Year’s Eve. They divorced in September.
A source close to her ex told the Daily Mail, "Tom left her for this reason, because she was so violent.
"She used to punch, kick and scratch him. And in public.
"It doesn't surprise me, especially when she drinks.
"And boy does she like to drink. She clearly has a problem."
Luann was also previously married to Count Alexandre de Lesseps, which is how she earned her title and moniker "The Countess," which she famously had to give up when she married Tom last year.
This is a developing story, check back for updates.
