Lucy Hale (Aria) is putting this Pretty Little Liars filming hiatus to good use. Last week, she attended Nashville’s Country Music Awards Week. She not only attended the main event, the CMAs, but performed at two separate venues: the Bridgestone Arena’s Patron Club and at the arena itself for the taping of CMA Country Christmas.

Lucy has made no secret of her country music love and dreams to be a country musician herself. Her debut album is due out sometime soon, and she has spent the last week gracing her native state of Tennessee with her enthusiastic performances. On November 8, Luce performed “Christmas (Baby, Please Come Home)” in front of an arena full of people for the taping of the CMA Country Christmas, scheduled to air December 2 at 9 p.m. on ABC. The PLLer looked amazing in a red gown and bright red lipstick while she shared her voice with the world. We can’t wait to see the performance on television!

Earlier in the week, Lucy showcased her talent in a more intimate performance. On November 4 at the Patron Club, she sat on a stool on stage and sang her awesomely vulnerable song, “Nervous Girls.” She finished the performance with an inclusive dedication, “And for all your nervous boys out there, too.” We’re so glad that Lucy is taking such strides in realizing her dreams, despite how scary it can be to open yourself up to the world. We can’t wait to hear more from our Pretty Little Liar!
