Should Mackenzie Douthit Get a Teen Mom 3 Spin-Off Show?

Teen Mom 3 is officially over, and we're crying soft tears all over our keyboard. It seems like just yesterday that Mackenzie Douthit, Alexandria Sekella, Katie Yeager, and Briana Dejesus

were lighting up our lives with their backwoods drama, hysterically bouts of ugly-crying, and beautiful babies, and just like that the show is dunzo.

While the reason for Teen Mom 3's cancellation isn't known, fans have come up with three compelling theories: 1) the ratings weren't high enough, 2) the ladies weren't dramatic enough, and 3) Mackenzie's second pregnancy caused MTV to pull the plug.

Some fans seem to think that MTV couldn't go through with a follow-up season after Mackenzie announced her pregnancy (after all, the show is meant to champion teen pregnancy prevention), but Alex's baby daddy, Matt McCann, claims she's the most likely Teen Mom 3 starlet to nab a spin-off!

"I heard if anyone would get a spin off, it'd be her," he tweeted on December 7.

While Mackenzie's life is certainly entertaining enough to warrant its own special, fans seem doubtful. Let's not forget that Teen Mom is supposed to encourage teens to practice safe sex, and Mackenzieintentionally got pregnant for the second time as a teen. Sure, she's financially stable, is in a solid relationship, and says the reason for her second pregnancy was due to the fact that she might not be able to have children later in life, but would a spin-off send the wrong message to impressionable fans?

Either way, we'd love MTV to give one of the Teen Mom 3 ladies their own show. Do you think Mackenzie should be the "chosen one," or would you rather see Alex, Katie, or Briana get a special? Weigh in below!
