Oh, don't worry, guys. Teen Mom 3's Mackenzie Douthit is already rocking a completely flat stomach just two weeks after giving birth to her daughter, Jaxie. We literally don't know how she does it.

Much like the rest of the baby-making population, Mackenzie gained a fair amount of weight during her pregnancy. Sure, she retained a six pack up until she was around five-months pregnant (you know, as ya do), but this girl eventually packed on a few pounds. So the fact that she's already dropped most of her baby weight is clearly some kind of magic act or deal with El Diablo himself.

Mackenzie took it to Instagram to show off her weight loss, posting a before-and-after photo along with the caption "Two weeks later. All my muscle is gone ;(. But dr said I could start working out again today ;). Woo. Time to get my six pack back."

We just… we just cannot even with this photo. Mackenzie's post-baby belly is flatter and more defined than ever — we can't even imagine what she'll look like after she starts her workout regimen!

So, how did Mackenzie drop so much weight? For starters, she stayed fit during her pregnancy — which means she probably gained the minimum poundage. But Mackenzie is also diabetic, which means her diet consists of healthy greens and almost no sugar! No wonder girlfriend looks so great!
