Mackenzie McKee gave birth to a baby weighing nine pounds just a few weeks ago, and she’s already got almost as many abs.

The Teen Mom 3 star returned to Instagram with her first postpartum selfie since the August 15 birth of her third child, son Broncs Weston, and let’s just say our stomachs will never look like this before or after having a baby.
1 1/2 months postpartum and here are the results. I just started doing harder work outs and omg I'm out of shape I know my body has a long ways to go but if your making improvements every day you will eventually reach the top .. I know it takes time, dedication, and patients to get stage ready but I'm anxious and excited to step up on stage again. March can NOT come soon enough and I'm excited to take you all on this journey with me. #allaboutyourmindset #thinkbigger #npcbikini #fitmom
“1 1/2 months postpartum and here are the results,” the 21-year-old wrote. “I just started doing harder workouts and omg I'm out of shape.”
She’s hardly out of shape, but considering Mackenzie competes in local bodybuilding competitions in her spare time (when she’s not pregnant), we guess this impressive bod just doesn’t live up to her own personal standards.
The mom of three, who also shares 5-year-old son Gannon and 2-year-old daughter Jaxie with her husband Josh, also revealed she’ll be getting back on the stage to compete in March, which is why she’s upping her fitness routine.
Here’s what Mack’s belly looked like just before she gave birth eight weeks ago for reference. What a difference!
The Type 1 diabetes sufferer had a hellish delivery with her third child. He was born via emergency C-Section and had to remain in the NICU for a few weeks because he suffered from a blood disorder and a heart defect, among other things.
But luckily, Broncs is home and flourishing — and so stinkin’ cute. At least getting back into shape is an easier fear for Mack than labor and delivery was!
