Mama Joyce Picks Her RHoA Taglines — What Do You Think? (VIDEO)
From flying off to exotic locales with her family to stirring up trouble between Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker, it’s clear that Mama Joyce has plenty on her plate, but that hasn’t kept the spry sexagenarian from bringing it behind-the-scenes on Real Housewives of Atlanta.
Much like her younger cohorts, Joyce recorded a number of taglines for the show, ranging from the serious to the seriously insane. While she started out with a gentle approach, offering, “I’m Mama Joyce. Everybody loves me,” Joyce soon let her imagination run wild, riffing on everything from strippers to psychics.
Mama Joyce on her career: “Check my background. I ain’t never been on a pole. Never!”
Mama Joyce on honesty and animals: “I’m honest, whether you like me or you don’t. I’m as harmless as a little lamb.”
Mama Joyce on fortune-telling: “I am not a fortune-teller. Only a fortune-teller can predict the future.”
Mama Joyce on her appeal: “You don’t want none of this. Very few people do.”
While we love Joyce’s wildly opinionated ways, we think she should probably leave the tagline writing to the professionals — or, at the very least, cut back on the stripper references.
