Mark Ballas Teams Up With the Harlem Globetrotters to Teach Special Olympic Athletes (PHOTOS)

What does Mark Ballas do when Dancing With the Stars is on hiatus? Oh, only the best thing ever.

The DWTS pro teamed up with the Harlem Globetrotters — a basketball team that combines athleticism, theater, and comedy — to teach basketball skills and dance moves to 15 Special Olympic athletes. Mark choreographed the "Trotter Bounce" signature dance, which is now part of every Globetrotter game.

"With the @Harlem_Globetrotters teaching Special Olympic Athletes some moves #greatkids #blessed #givingback," Mark wrote on Instagram, along with a fun video showcasing the team's new dance moves.

Mark and the basketball players also visited the set of Extra at Universal Studios in Hollywood, California on February 11, where they played basketball with Maria Menounos and Mario Lopez.
