Marlo Hampton Disses NeNe Leakes’s Hair, Calls It a “Bad Toupee”!

Now that NeNe Leakes has fallen out with her former bridesmaid Marlo Hampton, things have escalated from a bitter tiff to a full-on ugly feud. To be fair, NeNe stopped herself from slamming Marlo publicly at the Bailey Bowl, but since the ep aired, she’s taken her issues to the blogs. Not to be outdone, Marlo is also going tit for tat with the OG Atlanta gal — and the strangest part of it all? Her obsession with NeNe’s blond hair.

While the actual friendship-ending fight seemingly originated from NeNe’s disapproval of Marlo hanging out with Kenya Moore, the ladies have taken things to a more personal place. And while NeNe has dug up Marlo’s criminal past in her takedowns and referred to her as an “opportunist” and “Manlow,” Ms. Hampton is keeping things physical, focusing on her foe’s fashion and hair choices.

After calling NeNe to get her “Donald Trump hair redone” in Sunday’s episode, Marlo restated her feelings on NeNe’s locks in her blog, Musings From the Boudoir.

“Chinese Proverb: Beware of people throwing shade while wearing bad toupees!” Marlo titles the post, starting things off with a bang. And she wasn’t done just yet: “Divas and Divos, I’m doing my best to be the one to take the high road, but these last few weeks have been filled with lots of shade and haterade from people promoting products from Donald Trump’s hair emporium!”

Marlo goes on to share her other issues with NeNe, that range in depth from fashion sense to loyalty, but it’s that hair that really seems to be bothering her the most. What gives, Marlo? Did it do something to offend you? Inquiring minds need to know!

Why do you think Marlo keeps bringing up NeNe’s hairdo? Tell us in the comments below.
