Beyonce’s Father, Mathew Knowles, Teaching College Course to Train the Next Beyonces (VIDEO)

All hail the future Queen Beys? Mathew Knowles — who raised daughter Beyonce and shepherded her and her Destiny's Child bandmates to fame and fortune — is generously imparting his knowledge to a new generation with a one-day boot camp course at Houston Community College.

OK, maybe not so generously. The September 13 event — titled "The Entertainment Industry: How Do I Get In?" — costs attendees $295 beforehand or $350 at the door.

According to the HCC website, Mathew's boot camp "offers attendees a fascinating, insider's view of the entertainment industry from someone who knows it from top to bottom… [It] will allow attendees to tap Knowles's vast entertainment and music business expertise and leave with real information, contacts, and strategies for their own successful entertainment endeavors."

We're assuming the 63-year-old businessman won't spend much time discussing his current relationship with Bey — which, by all accounts, is strained.

"I’ve been in the music and entertainment business more than 20 years and I know how it works," Mathew says, per HCC. "I am able to save someone who wants to know what to do to get in a lot of legwork and time."

If this sounds like a good deal to you, head on over to the HCC website to buy tickets. And good luck!
