Melanie Brown's nasty divorce is finally over — but it isn't exactly coming cheap.

The Spice Girl has finally come to a settlement with her estranged husband, Stephen Belafonte, after months of nasty back and forths, but it's pretty obvious Stephen is making out better in this deal than Mel is.

Tons of rumors have circulated about the British star and her husband since news broke of their split in March 2017 — he reportedly cheated with the nanny and abused Mel throughout their almost ten-year-long marriage.

He also accused her of abusing drugs!

The divorce proceedings have been drawn out for the better portion of a year, but alas, it's finally been settled in court as of November 8.

And unfortunately for her, the America's Got Talent host is going to be paying her ex a lot of money for a long time, according to Life & Style.

Firstly, she has been ordered to pay Stephen $15K a month in spousal support for the next five years.

She also agreed to pay his legal fees, which reached about $100K, and the former couple will split the proceeds on the Hollywood Hills mansion they shared and sold, rumored to be worth about $9 million.

The couple also shares a 6-year-old daughter, Madison, and Stephen made out like a bandit in that regard, too.

“He had supervised visitation with Maddy during the divorce proceedings,” an insider tells the magazine. “Now Stephen will be allowed to have overnight unsupervised visits with her, which is a huge win for him.”

Mel, however, will retain primary custody.

Though the 42-year-old is reportedly "unhappy" with the terms of the divorce, there is some silver lining in this for her — aside from the fact that, you know, it's over.

Stephen is legally forbidden to release any of the 56 tapes videos he has of his former wife, all of which are sexual in nature.

“Stephen agreed to not release any of the videos he had shot of Mel, including sex tapes, and there are strict provisions in the agreement to enforce that,” the source adds.

Scary Spice hasn't addressed the divorce settlement publicly yet, but we're sure she's thrilled that she can move on with her life and her kids!
