Melissa and Joe Gorga Move Out of Their Home After Selling It For $3.8 Million (PHOTO)
It’s been a busy week for Melissa Gorga. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star spent a long day taping the Season 5 Reunion on September 4 and two days later her family is moving out of their mansion!
Melissa and her hubby Joe sold the property for $3.8 million in August after having it on the market for more than a year. The Gorga family is moving into a temporary place while Joe works on building their dream home in Franklin Lakes, N.J.
“It's been a long 2 days.. 12 hrs yesterday & still going strong. Can't believe it's actually happening,” Melissa Instagrammed on September 6 with a picture of the moving van.
Some of the 34-year-old’s exhaustion might be the result of filming an emotional reunion episode. Season 5 has been a tough one for Melissa, who has put up with rumors that she cheated on her husband of 9 years.
But she could not be more content with her move.
“I feel like this was meant to be. It happened just in time for the kids to start their first of day of school," Melissa told Us Weekly in August. "It's going to be a lot of work designing and building the new home, but Joe is an incredible builder and I'm excited to go back to where we started our family."
If they weren’t content with their last mansion, we can’t wait to see the masterpiece Joe’s currently working on!
