Michael Buble Dishes On Fatherhood: Being A Dad Helps Him Do What?

You may associate Canadian crooner Michael Buble with music your dentist adores and his guest mentoring on The Voice, but these days he prefers you think of him when you think of diapers. The father of 10-month-old Noah with wife Luisana Lopilato tells Us Weekly that he’s “Mr. Diaper!”

While the singer seems to think being knee-deep in disposables is some kind of wonderful, it’s not the only perk of being a Pops. He says the dad title has helped him with his performances. How now?

“Instead of being nervous like I used to at events, I actually sit beforehand and say, ‘You’re Noah’s Dad first, and all of this other stuff is just icing on the cake,’” he gushed to the mag. Who knew an infant could be a source of zen? Every new mom and dad we see usually wears a look of terror equal to the amount of spit-up they’ve got clinging to their track suit, but we guess it’s different strokes for different folks.

Little Noah is sooooooo calming in fact, that the new parents bring him along on date nights. "He's such a tranquil kid that we take him to movies and five star restaurants, and he doesn't really make much noise. It's great," says the singer. We’re glad the little tyke is so chill, but date night is all about getting handsy, which is kinda hard to do with a newborn sitting three feet away. Areweright?

Turns out Michael thinks fatherhood is so tops, that he and the wifey want to add three or four more tots to their brood. Watch out, Brad and Angie, these two are coming for you!
