Is Glee about to take on the music of Miley Cyrus? Nothing’s been confirmed yet, but show creator Ryan Murphy certainly seems to be implying as much on Twitter.

On October 2, Ryan tweeted, “Epi. 5 is called The End of Twerk. Apologies accepted.

Now, he didn’t say anything about Miley specifically. But the 20-year-old pop star is by far the most famous twerker of our time. Glee is taking on the music of both Lady Gaga and Katy Perry in Season 5, Episode 4: “A Katy or a Gaga.” And though Katy and Gaga are big in music right now, Miley, more than ever, is the one people can’t stop talking about.

Did you see her raunchy performance at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards? Then you know what twerking is. For better or worse, you know what it is.

Now the question remains: Will Glee Season 5, Episode 5: “The End of Twerk” feature only Miley songs? Or will the episode simply be about dancing and twerking in general with perhaps one or two Miley songs and the rest by other artists?

So far, those details remain unclear. But Glee has performed a surprisingly limited amount of Miley Cyrus tunes in the past, so if they did want a Miley-themed episode, they’d have plenty to choose from. We’d love to see “Party in the U.S.A.,” “Can’t Be Tamed,” and of course her more recent hits. like, “23,” “We Can’t Stop,” her “SMS Bangerz” collaboration with Britney Spears and, yes, even “Wrecking Ball.”

We just hope Ryan Murphy doesn’t make anyone on Glee do unspeakable things to construction equipment while totally naked save for a pair of combat boots. Nobody wants to see that again.
