What's a thousand times cuter than snakes on a plane? A piglet on a plane! Animal lover Miley Cyrus just adopted another new baby, a tiny pig she introduced on August 10 in a series of Instagram photos. As she wrote with the first pic, "newest member to the fam #bubbasue."
Miley just adopted a dog named Emu in late June, after she went through a dark mourning period for her beloved dog Floyd. When she welcomed Emu, she wrote about feeling a change coming on with a new beginning. Bubba Sue is apparently part of that beginning, and this little piggy is already enjoying the high life on a private jet with mama. Miley shared the photo shown above with "piggy on a pj."
Emu has already been introduced to the new kid, and in one of the pics below you can see the two are close buddies. The cuteness is almost too much!
Miley wrote that she was the "Happiest mommy ever” and joked in another pic about her and Bubba Sue’s “matching neck rolls.”
Bubba Sue is not Miley’s first pig buddy. In 2012, for Miley’s 20th birthday, PETA sponsored a rescue pig named Nora in the star’s honor.
Miley Cyrus's menagerie already includes dogs Bean, Mary Jane, Happy and Penny Lane. She lost Floyd in April 2014 but, before that, she also lost her beloved puppy Lila in December 2012. Miley's mom Trish explained that one of their other dogs, Ziggy, grabbed Lila — possibly in an attempt to play — and Lila didn't survive. Ziggy was taken to a dog rescue to find a new home, so Miley lost Ziggy as well.
So far, Bubba Sue seems to be fitting in well and hopefully she (or he?!) has a long, happy life!
