Miley Cyrus's Bangerz Special Lands NBC in Hot Water in FCC (VIDEO)

NBC could be feeling the heat from the FCC, if the commission agrees with viewers who complained that the network's Miley Cyrus: Bangerz Tour special on July 6 was indecent.

As Rolling Stone reports, only four viewers wrote in to voice their complaints, thought — and three have been released to the public.

"During the summer evenings when the kids get to stay up late, why would they choose to air a highly controversial 'pop star' who freely advertises that her songs are all about sex and drugs?" writes one angry TV watcher.

That person also wrote that he or she pre-screened the special to see if it would be appropriate to show kids. "My answer is a resounding NO! [Not] just H-No, either. But a loud and resounding F-No!"

Another viewer seemed a little more cool-headed but called out the wrong issues:

"The live Miley Cyrus concert program was borderline pornographic in images and the lyrics to the songs. Open sexuality on a stage bed, male/male female/female homosexuality. Very graphic and disturbing for a Sunday evening 9 p.m. summertime broadcast."

Though graphic sexuality might be inappropriate, we're saying "F-no!" to the implication that homosexual content is, too. (But congrats to this viewer for understanding that homosexuality is "male/male" or "female/female." A+ work!)
