In this week’s all-new episode of Million Dollar Listing Miami, Chris Leavitt’s selling abilities are put to the test as he shows Orsi and Hans’ penthouse condo — you know, the one killer view? Everything goes just fine until the sellers, who really shouldn’t be at the open house, think their property is priced lower than it should be.
When Chris informs the interested buyer how much it would cost to get the keys, she seems a bit shocked at the low listing — which definitely catches Orsi’s attention. There’s a lot of talk about how the condo is priced right, and while Chris is sniffing a deal in the near future, Orsi is just seeing potential dollar signs. So, naturally, she confronts him after the open house.
“Chris, I’m a little worried,” she tells him on the balcony. “Everyone seemed to have thought that this was very, very low priced.” But Chris, being an all-star realtor-slash-friend, knows exactly what to say.
“You hired me for a reason. I’m your friend and I’m going to be honest with you. If I thought that it was worth more money, I would ask for more money,” Chris tells Orsi before his confessional to the Bravo cameras. “Nothing in Orsi’s building has sold anywhere near $1 million. She’s taking one little comment and running with it. This is exactly why sellers should not be at an open house.”
Will Orsi decide to trust Chris? Will he get the condo sold? You’ll have to tune in to see!
