Modern Family stars Ariel Winter, Ed O'Neill, Sofia Vergara, Rico Rodriguez, Eric Stonestreet, Julie Bowen, Nolan Gould, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Ty Burrell, and Sarah Hyland grin big after winning Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series at the 2011 SAG Awards.
As many trophies as Modern Family has on its awards shelf room, there's a big one that's missing: a Golden Globe!
Modern Family received a Golden Globe nomination for Best Comedy this morning, as well as nods for stars Eric Stonestreet and Sofia Vergara (who announced the nominations).
Last year, the show lost the big award to Glee. But 2011 has been Modern Family's year, and after dominating the Emmys in September, they're poised to finally get that Globe!
See if they triumph on Sunday, January 15 in a ceremony hosted by Ricky Gervais.
