Happy Mother's Day, moms! Today we celebrate the mother of all days by sharing this feel-good video roundup in which we champion the good, the bad, and the laughable moments of being a mom in all it’s challenging and wonderful glory. We hope you enjoy watching these videos as much as we enjoy sharing them.
Kids Tasting Stuff in Slow-Mo Looks Super Funny
This new one caught our eye with its humourous take on kids tasting stuff. Why is it so funny to watch a baby trying a lemon for the first time? It’s all in the expression, or course, and whether it’s a sour taste or a delicious one, it’s even better when captured in glorious slow motion.
Students Perform the Most Touching Flash Mob Ever

What a Mom Wants
This funny video pokes fun of the ways people celebrate their moms — or fail to do so — and even has some moms themselves weighing in on what they expect (“I was in labor for two days. Buy me something.”). It both made us laugh and also remember that we have to go buy our own mom a card asap!
A Biologist’s Mother’s Day Song
An oldie but a goodie, this biologist turned song stylist breaks down some gross, but true, medical facts about all the things his mom provided him, like mitochondrial DNA. As the chorus goes, “Slightly more than half of everything I am is thanks to you. It’s science!” Who knew biology could be so funny?
