With just a short time until her July 14 due date, Kate Middleton (a.k.a. the Duchess of Cambridge) is managing to squeeze in regular workout routines that will help her relax as she prepares for labor. First on the list? Swimming!

"She likes to swim in the Palace pool," royal correspondent Robert Jobson tells Now magazine. "She gets there whenever she can for 
some private relaxation."

In the words of Dory from Finding Nemo, just keep swimming, Kate! This mommy-to-be has also been practicing yoga every other day, which has greatly helped calm her nerves about being a first-time parent. Thanks to this relaxing workout, "Kate's not at all stressed" and "just has the usual worries of an expectant mother."

Swimming and yoga are both super stress-relieving, and won't be too strenuous on Kate during the final stretch of her pregnancy. Of course, the duchess was super active in the beginning of her gestation as well! She often took morning walks around Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens with her dog, Lupo, and practiced prenatal yoga at least once a week with the help of a personal trainer.

Wow, no wonder Kate has managed to look so amazing throughout her pregnancy!
