Whoa mama! Queen Beyonce looks amazingly toned and fabulous in bikini on the cover of the April issue of Shape magazine.
Inside, Bey reveals the healthy (and realistic!) diet plan that resulted in her whopping 57-pound weight loss after she gave birth to baby Blue Ivy.
Sharing a sample of her daily menu, she reveals, “I always have breakfast, say, scrambled egg whites, a vegetable smoothie, or whole-grain cereal with low-fat milk. For lunch and dinner, I eat a lot of fish and vegetables. And throughout the day, I try to stay hydrated."
The 31-year-old superstar even confesses to a weekly “cheat,” saying, “I always treat myself to one meal on Sundays when I can have whatever I want. Usually it’s pizza, which is my favorite indulgence.“ Beyonce eats pizza? Well, that makes us feel better!
She also shares that it wasn’t easy to lose the baby weight so quickly — which, let’s be real, we were kind of happy to hear.
Beyonce confessed, "I didn’t have a lot of time to lose the weight because I scheduled a show three months after I gave birth, which I would never do again!"
Well, whatever you’re doing, it’s clearly working!
