New mom Drew Barrymore, 37, was ecstatic talking to Ellen DeGeneres today about her big year, which included marrying husband Will Kopelman, 34, and having daughter Olive — who is exactly 10 weeks old today.
In the interview, Drew describes the moment she knew what her daughter would be named. “I never would’ve guessed that that would’ve been the name, but I was reading a book with my husband and… they said your baby’s the size of an olive. And that was it… we never looked back.” Hey, you know when you know, right?
Ellen in turn quipped, “It could’ve been the size of a peanut or a grapefruit… kidney bean? It could’ve been named kidney bean!” Yeah, we’re not such a fan of that one.
It’s plain to see that Drew is one happy lady, gushing about being a mom. “There’s nothing greater in the world. I live … every second of every day to make her laugh and smile.” We hear ya, Drew, and we couldn’t be happier for you!
