Teen Mom’s Jenelle Evans just announced last week that she was expecting her second child, but sadly today she tweeted that she may have suffered a miscarriage and that husband Courtland Rogers was nowhere to be found during her crisis.
"I am getting a divorce, ASAP," Jenelle tweeted at Courtland, "You f--king leave out of town and I might be having a miscarriage?” Janelle then concluded her thought with a few more, um, choice words.
The couple has had their problems since their shotgun marriage last December after only a few months of dating, and this disappearing act certainly isn’t helping Courtland’s case.
Jenelle’s most recent activity has been to file five assault charges against Courtland — four charges of assault on a female and one charge of battery on an unborn child.
Jenelle’s attorney Dustin R.T. Sullivan confirmed that the charges had been filed. “They are the highest level of misdemeanor you can get," Sullivan told E! News. "He faces a maximum 150 days in jail per charge."
We’re not sure what to think about all of this, but we do know that the loss of a child is absolutely devastating. If Jenelle’s suspicions have turned out to be true, our hearts go out to both her and Courtland in this very difficult time.
