Begin with a high gloss polish on all of your nails, and then paint the nails you wish to stay plain with a matte cover polish to subdue the shine. Once dry, apply a heart-shaped sticker to the shiny nails and paint over the sticker with the matte cover polish. Before the matte polish has dried, remove the sticker carefully with tweezers. Admire the neat effect of a high-gloss heart on your matte nail!
