And while the holidays are a time to indulge a wee bit, it doesn’t have to be a diet deal breaker. Cleanses are great way to jumpstart a weight-loss regimen — or even just erase that second (okay, seventh) cocktail. The right foods help eliminate cravings, revive the digestive system, and prepare our bodies for healthier choices.
