There's nothing more delicious than sprinkling sugar in coffee, in cereal — okay, in everything — but most of us try to stay away from the sweet stuff as much as possible. After all, it's a leading cause of heart disease and diabetes. Unfortunately, sugar is often masked in unlikely foods that you may eat on a daily basis!
According to the American Heart Association, folks in the United States consume 22 teaspoons of sugar every day, most of which comes from food like bread, dressing — even yogurt. Check out the five food items we were surprised had sneaky sugar, courtesy of the fitness experts at Men’s Health.
