Our two favorite leading ladies may be starring together sooner than we expected!

Hollywood Reporter is reporting that Disney and director Jon Favreau are moving forward with their adaption of ‘The Jungle Book’ and the two have their eyes on two beauties: Scarlett Johansson and Lupita Nyong’o.

Seriously, can we start pre-ordering our tickets now?

The two fabulous actors are in the middle of negotiations to join a cast that already includes hunky Idris Elba. The new adaptation is being planned as a live-action and CG hybrid.

Scarlett is in talks to voice the character of Kaa, a python who hypnotizes its prey before eating them — Kaa is also the movie’s second main villain after the tiger Shere Khan, which is being voiced by Idris Elba.

Lupita is in talks to play Rakcha, the mother wolf who adopts the central character Mowgli.

This will be one of the first moves made by Lupita, who is fresh off her win for a best supporting Oscar for her work in ’12 Years a Slave.’
